We provide this text as DİA Yiyecek İçecek Hizmetleri Gıda Turizm San Tic ve Ltd Şti (“Butchers Burger” or “Company”) in our capacity as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about the processing, transfer, and your legal rights concerning your personal data during your registration to the ‘Butchers Burger’ iOS or Android application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) and the use of the services provided through this Application.
The personal data you provide to our Company through electronic means;

Additionally, your collected personal data is shared with the third-party application software provider based on the legal grounds of “establishment and performance of the contract” under Article 5 Paragraph 2 (c) and “necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller” under Article 5 Paragraph 2 (f) of the KVKK.
