Additionally, we collect User camera permissions and notification permission data regarding your permission preferences. Your camera permission information is processed because you prefer to complete your payment process via QR code; notification permission data is processed to allow notifications to be sent to the User according to their preferences.

INFORMATION NOTICE UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)

Dear User,

We provide this text as DİA Yiyecek İçecek Hizmetleri Gıda Turizm San Tic ve Ltd Şti (“Butchers Burger” or “Company”) in our capacity as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about the processing, transfer, and your legal rights concerning your personal data during your registration to the ‘Butchers Burger’ iOS or Android application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) and the use of the services provided through this Application.

The personal data you provide to our Company through electronic means;

are processed based on the legal grounds of “establishment or performance of the contract” under Article 5 Paragraph 2 (c) of the KVKK and “fulfillment of a legal obligation” under Article 5 Paragraph 2 (ç) to enable you to benefit from the Application and the services provided through the Application. Your personal data will only be processed for promotional purposes based on your “explicit consent” in accordance with Article 5/1 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is transferred to the data center service provider located abroad from whom we receive cloud computing and data storage services, based on your “explicit consent” under Article 5/1 of the KVKK, due to the reference made by Article 8 of the KVKK, to ensure the uninterrupted and proper execution of the services provided through the Application. Additionally, your collected personal data is shared with the third-party application software provider based on the legal grounds of “establishment and performance of the contract” under Article 5 Paragraph 2 (c) and “necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller” under Article 5 Paragraph 2 (f) of the KVKK.
